Ingredients:

-1/3 C. Vegetable Oil (653 calories)

-1 1/2 c. mashed ripe Bananas about 3 large (315 calories)

-3 Eggs (210 calories)

-2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix (1120 calories)

-1 c. Sugar (774 calories)

-1/2 c. your favorite chopped nuts (Pecans, Macadamia, optional) (392 calories)

 

Instructions:

Heat oven to 350°. Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9 x5 x 3 inches, generously. Beat all ingredients vigorously. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean – about 55 to 60 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan, remove.
