Ingredients:

  • 1 small can Del Monte pears (lite)
  • 1 large can sliced peaches (lite if possible)
  • 1 (1 lb.) can chunk pineapple
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries
  • 2 large cans mandarin oranges
  • 4 to 5 apples (optional)
  • 4 to 5 bananas
  • 1 large pkg. pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar (only if needed)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all fruits together in a large bowl, cutting into smaller pieces as desired.
  2. Use juice only from pears, peaches, and cherries. Add pineapple juice only if needed.
  3. Add the pecans to the fruit mixture.
  4. Taste and add sugar if needed.
