-4 lbs. Pork Ribs (4640 calories)
-3/4 cup light Brown Sugar (549 calories)

-2 c. of your favorite Barbecue Sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s recommended) (560 calories)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 300 degree f.
