Taco Pie Recipe:
1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 package Taco Seasoning
1 (8 oz.) Can Tomato Sauce
1 c. Sour Cream
2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Crushed Taco Chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9-inch pie plate with rolls. Place a layer of crushed taco chips over the rolls. Brown beef; drain. Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning to the meat. Heat through. Add the beef mixture over taco chips. Spread sour cream over the beef. Cover with shredded cheese. Cover it with crushed chips. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
