Blue Cheese And Pear Salad Recipe:
-1-1/2 oz. Dark Cherry Balsamic Vinaigrette
-2-1/2 oz. Organic Baby Greens
-3 oz. diced 1/2″
-1-1/2 oz Candied pecans
-Kosher salt and Black Pepper Mix to taste
-1/2 oz Sun cherries
-1 oz Blue Cheese, Danish or Affinee
Instructions:
In a clean 6 qt bowl, place the dark cherry vinaigrette, followed by the organic baby greens, diced pears, candied pecans , salt and pepper, and 1 oz of blue cheese.
Toss together well, thoroughly coating the greens. Then shake the bowl so the heavier ingredients fall to the bottom and the lettuce rises to the top.
Present in a serving bowl, stacking in a cross pattern.
Garnish with 1 oz of the blue cheese and sun-dried cherries scattered over top of the salad.
