  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 c. cooked, skinless, cubed pieces of chicken
