- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking pan, mix together the uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, and cream of celery soup.
- Arrange the chicken pieces on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the baking pan and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Uncover the pan and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
