EGG CASSEROLE RECIPE:
Ingredients:
- 4 cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 12 oz. Jimmy Dean sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
- 12 eggs
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 cup milk
Instructions:
- Toss grated Monterey Jack cheese with flour and place in an ungreased 9×13 inch pan.
- Brown sausage and onion; drain.
- Sprinkle the cooked sausage and onion mixture over the Monterey Jack cheese in the pan.
- Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over the sausage layer.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs and milk.
- Pour the egg and milk mixture over the entire casserole.
- Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
