Grilled Korean Flank Steak
-2 tbsp. Soy Sauce (20 Calories)
-1 tbsp. Gochujang Chili Sauce (15 Calories)
-1 tbsp, Ginger Paste (15 Calories)
-1 tbsp. Garlic Paste (10 Calories)
-1 tbsp. Brown Sugar (52 Calories)

2. Put the flank steak in a dish or gallon size plastic bag. Pour 3/4 of the marinade over the steak and mix until
evenly coated. Save the remaining marinade to brush over top during grilling. Marinate the steak at least 1 hour
or overnight.
3. Place the steak on a grill over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness. Brush with the
remaining marinade during grilling.
4. Let the steak rest for a few minutes. Slice the flank steak against the grain and garnish with sesame seeds and
green onions if desired. Serve with the optional dipping sauce if desired.
