ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD

ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE:

Ingredients:

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 bunch green leaf lettuce
  • 1 bunch red leaf lettuce
  • 2 bunches green onions (optional)
  • 2 chicken breasts, grilled with garlic and ginger
  • 3 pkg. Ramen noodles, sautéed with butter
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds
  • 2 c. sesame seeds

Dressing:

  • 1 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions:

  1. Grill the chicken breasts with garlic and ginger, then cut into small pieces.
  2. Sauté crunched-up Ramen noodles in a skillet with butter until lightly browned. Stir in sesame seeds and almonds just before the noodles are done, then cool.
