SUMMER PASTA RECIPE:

Ingredients:

  • 1 large can crushed tomatoes in puree
  • 2 to 3 fresh chopped tomatoes
  • 4 lemons, squeezed
  • 1 pkg. fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 to 4 lemons, squeezed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (16 oz.) box spaghetti

Instructions:

Mix the first 6 ingredients and set aside. Beat olive oil, garlic, lemons, salt, and pepper together and set aside. Cook spaghetti with salt and a little oil. Drain. Pour olive oil mixture over spaghetti, then pour tomato mixture over that. Mix together and enjoy!
