Bloomin' Lasagna Recipe:

Ingredients:

– 12 Lasagna Noodles (864 calories)

– 4 c. Spinach Leaves lightly packed (28 calories)

– 2 c. Ricotta Cheese (738 calories)

– 1 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (336 calories)

– 1/2 c. Ranch Dressing, divided (584 calories)

– 1/2 tsp. Salt

– 1/4 tsp. ground Black Pepper

– 1/4 tsp. ground Nutmeg (3 calories)

– 1 jar (26-oz.) Pasta Sauce, divided (210 calories)

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and let cool. In a large bowl, stir together spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, 1/4 cup ranch dressing, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Set 1/2 cup of pasta sauce aside. Pour remaining sauce into a greased, shallow casserole dish at least 10 inches in diameter. To assemble “flowers, spread 2-3 tablespoons of cheese mixture on each noodle and roll up. Place flowers, curly side up, in casserole dish. Mix remaining 1/4 cup ranch dressing with reserved 1/2 cup pasta sauce; drizzle over each flower. Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
