Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Fettucini

FETTUCINI RECIPE:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 to 1 lb. deboned chicken, cubed
  • 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 bunch broccoli flowerets, trimmed
  • 1 to 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) box fettucini pasta

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil for the pasta.
  2. In a frying pan, melt the margarine over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken and brown it.
  3. Once the chicken is browned, add the sliced mushrooms and garlic powder to the pan. Simmer the mixture until the mushrooms are tender.
