Ingredients:
- 2 (1 lb.) bags cole slaw mix
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 small jar pepperoncini, sliced very thin
- Greek seasonings to taste (Cavender’s all-purpose Greek seasoning)
- 1 to 2 cups Feta or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 large jar stuffed green olives
- 1 large can black olives
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cole slaw mix, sliced pepperoncini, chopped onion, stuffed green olives, and black olives.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together oil, red wine vinegar, and Greek seasonings to taste.
